Speaking Presentations: Pat Johnson and Dick Outcalt, Co-Founders of The ROI, are available to "team speak," as they have been doing for over 15 years. Topics such as, "Am I Running This Business, Or, Is It Running Me?!" are entertaining and very beneficial for independent retailers in every retail sector. Sponsors may have topics for specific emphasis in these presentations, i.e., G.M.R.O.I., Open-to-Buy, cash flow, etc.
And, each presentation concludes with a 20-30 minute demonstration of the Retail Strata:G® Financial PLANNER and its application to the topic of the session. The presentations are usually 90-180 minutes.
